The Centre’s developing education and capacity-building platform, following a simple philosophy: Learn → Apply → Reflect → Improve. The goal isn’t to transfer information — it’s to strengthen capacity for action.

Programs are adapted for nonprofits, public institutions, health and social-service organizations, employers, boards, frontline teams, community leaders, caregivers, students and community members — each learning at a different depth, for a different purpose.

Workshops, leadership briefings, implementation sessions and learning series for teams and organizations.
Leadership learning
Focused sessions for boards, executives and managers on inclusive governance and implementation leadership.
Community learning
Accessible education designed with communities, on health literacy, self-advocacy and navigating systems.
How delivery works
Live and instructor-led, for now.
Vantercor Learning begins with in-person and live virtual delivery and accessible downloadable materials. Digital, self-directed courses are introduced only once a live program has demonstrated quality and demand — not before.
Certificates of completion
Clear about what a certificate means.
Where appropriate, participants who complete a designated program receive a certificate of completion. This confirms participation — it does not confer professional licensure, accreditation, or certify an organization as accessible. Any future credentialing program would require its own separate standards and governance.
Connected to evidence
Learning that responds to assessment findings.
Organizations completing an Accessibility & Inclusion Assessment often identify specific learning priorities — leadership gaps pointing to leadership learning, service barriers pointing to Accessible & Inclusive Service Delivery, and cultural barriers pointing to Disability Inclusion Fundamentals. Vantercor Learning is also informed by the Centre’s own research and evaluation work.
