Flagship initiative
Vantercor Centre for Inclusion and Equity
The Centre is Vantercor’s hub for organizational services, community programs, learning and applied research — organized around four strategic pillars: disability inclusion and accessibility, health and social equity, community resilience and well-being, and organizational capacity and systems innovation.
It’s where an accessibility assessment leads to targeted training, where a community’s needs shape a co-designed program, and where evidence from both feeds back into better practice.
Vantercor Therapeutic Group Home for Youth
The Vantercor Therapeutic Group Home for Youth is a planned residential program for youth aged 12–17, being developed alongside the licensing, safeguarding, staffing and governance requirements it must meet before opening. It sits alongside the Centre as a sibling initiative — related in mission, but distinct in its regulatory and operational path.
Because this initiative is not yet operational, we are not accepting referrals or placement applications at this stage. We welcome conversations with potential partners, funders and collaborators as the program is developed.
Every claim we publish reflects where a program actually stands — operational, pilot-ready, in development, or a future goal.
